Making invisible processes visible, making process problems visible, walking processes and mapping them out; identifying pain points and bottlenecks in the process. 

Root Cause Analysis

Kill the jump-to-solution pattern. Instead, build the skills to discover what the real problem is, why the problem occurs, and how to investigate root causes.
